On August 27 to 29, 2013, as the invited expert on pollution laws and regulations, Kuang Shilinand Zhang Danjia attended a special meeting convened by Pollution Prevention Sub-committee of CACEM in Beijing. China MSA,MOTChinaAcademyof Transportation Sciences,MOTEnvironmentalProtectionCenter, CACEM Legal Committee and main SPROs covering major ports ofChinafrom North to South also participated the event.

The main purpose of this meeting is to advance the final foundation of a committee of pollution prevention as an industry association and to exchange actual operation problems & views of SPRO issue, such as Exceptions Clause on SPRO agreement, Improvement of response ability, service cover, response timeliness and reasonable equipments of local SPROs, etc.
