BEIJING HEAD OFFICE

Mr. CHEN KEYU Mr. Chen is a marine surveyor, insurance adjuster and senior engineer in naval architecture. He graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University in 1996, being awarded a bachelors degree in Naval Architecture and a bachelors degree in Administration. Mr. Chen was employed with China Classification Society Industrial Corp. (CCSI), from July 1996 to the present. During the period, Mr. Chen, holding the position of marine surveyor and the manager of Independent Survey Department, was engaged in handling hundreds of marine cases each year such as collision, machine failure, oil pollution, etc., on behalf of ship owner, insurer, P&I Club or other related parties. 	Mr. Wen Jun, as an ex-Captain, is the survey coordinator of CMS, in charge of the cases related to ship & cargo surveys. Starting a sea going career with COSCO, Mr. Wen’s career has been varied rising from Trainee seaman to serving as a Chief Officer. 	Mr. Yu Zexiong, Surveyor Mr. Yu, graduated from Dalian Maritime University with a Master Degree in Navigation, majored in transportation of cargo at sea. He obtained the Certificate of third officer in John Swire & Sons (Hong Kong) Limited and gained sea going operational experience on British liner vessel. SHANGHAI BRANCH OFFICE

Ms. Kuang Shilin, the Deputy General Manager of CMS, and the chief of CMS Shanghai office, Having been trained in marine law firms, She joined CMS (Beijing) in 2003, and has so far been responsible for legal issues of the company and oil and chemical pollution laws. 	Mr. Gu Mingxiang，the chief of CMS Shanghai Office. Mr. Gu graduated from Navigation Dept. Dalian Maritime College and had been involved in the class survey field for about 30 years before joining CMS (Beijing) in the beginning 2004. Capt. Shi Depei graduated from the navigation department, Jimei Navigation Institute in 1980. He is a master mariner who has spent 18 years at sea with shipping companies such as Cosco Guangzhou. Before he joined CMS he was a senior surveyor for three years, involved in surveys of varied types including pre-loading and discharge surveys for steel, rice, and heavy cargo, supervision of lashing and stowage, draft surveys, on hire and off hire surveys, pre-entry surveys, cargo damage surveys, collision survey, and inspections for marine casualty, stowaways, and pollution related matters. e-mail: dpshi@cmsonline.net
	Mr. Jiang Meng, Senior Surveyor Graduated from Shanghai Maritime Technical College & Shanghai International Study University After 6 years Sea-going experience, Mr. Jiang went into surveying job since 1999. and specialize in marine and cargo related survey. Mr. Zhang Jian, Senior Consultant, Certified Lawyer He has more than ten years experience in ship repairing, insurance adjusting, the Port State Control inspecting and maritime investigation lawsuit. He holds a master degree in naval architecture, and joined CMS in 2006 mainly for handling the marine and cargo related surveys. 	Mr. Ye Weilie Graduated from Wuhan Water Transportation Engineer University in 1985. having been training as ship designer, ship engineering management and repair.
Mr. Chen Taiyi, Graduated from Wuhan transportation technical university in 1993. has been serviced CCS for 8 years, and familiar with all kinds of marine surveys as well as ship repairing. Joined CCSI in 2002.
	Mr. Wang Jie Mr. Wang was graduated from Wuhan transportation technical university in 1995. has been serviced CCS for 8 years, and familiar with all kinds of marine surveys as well as ship repairing. Joined CCSI in 2003.

GUANGZHOU

	Mr. Xu Ming, the G/M of GMCS, is a marine surveyor, insurance adjuster and senior engineer in ship engineering. Mr. Xu, who has a wealth of experience garnered from both cases’ handling and field surveys in a variety of vessels, is now in charge of tasks related to Survey, Risk Management, and Vessel Valuation.
Mr. Zheng Huibo, is a marine surveyor, insurance adjuster, and Before he joined GMCS, he was a Chief Officer. Mr. Zheng, who has a wealth of experience garnered from field surveys in a variety of vessels, is now in charge of field survey and Vessel Valuation.
	Mr. Liang Jianxi, is a marine surveyor, insurance adjuster, and engineer in ship engineering. Mr. Liang, who has a wealth of experience garnered from field surveys in a variety of vessels, is now in charge of field survey and Vessel Valuation.

	Mr. Ju jianwei The Manager of Qingdao double honesty marine consultant Co.,Ltd. Graduated from Wuhan transportation technical university in 1980, has been serviced CCS for over 18 years, and has been serviced Far East Marine surveyors Ltd. HongKong for 4 years. and familiar with all kinds of marine surveys as well as ship repairing. Jointed this company in 2002
Mr. Zhang yibo Graduated from Wuhan transportation technical university in 1993. has been serviced Qingdao shipyard for 10 years, and familiar with all kinds of marine surveys as well as ship repairing. Joined this company in 2003.
	Mr. Qi Kunfa Graduated from Shanghai Maritime University in 1998. Has been serviced COSCO as a deck officer for 6 years, and have the license of Chief Officer and familiar with all kinds of marine surveys as well as ship repairing. Joined this company in 2004.

TIANJIN

	Mr. Liu Zhongyuan, GM of Globe Marine Inspection Co., Tianjin Mr. Liu, a senior marine surveyor and engineer experienced in various cases of marine survey and insurance claim inspection, is now in charge of management of Globe Marine Inspection Co., Tianjin.
Mr. Pang Yaochen, Vice GM of Globe Marine Inspection Co., Tianjin Mr. Pang, as a very experienced marine engineer worked abroad for a long period, is an expert in hull and machinery damage surveys. Also Mr. Pang is good at dealing with cases of cargo damage surveys, collision survey and pollution related matters.
	Mr. Gou Fengtao, marine surveyor and engineer Working as a superintendent for 3 years before he jointed Globe Marine, Mr. Gou is not only a reputed marine surveyor for loss prevention survey such as cargo damage survey, preloading survey, bunker and condition survey, etc. but also a specialist in field o hull and machinery damage inspection.
Mr. Sun Hao, marine surveyor and engineer At Globe Marine, Mr. Sun is mainly involved in cases of various cargo damage claims and collision surveys from various P & I club or oversea insurance company and has establishes a good reputation due to his performance in various cases such as condition survey, vessel valuation, bulk/liquid cargo damage claims and so on.

DALIAN

Mr. Ruan Haoyu, the manager of Dalian, is a marine surveyor and insurance adjuster. Once being as class surveyor in CCS for five years. Bachelor got from Wuhan transportation university and master degree got in Dalian Marine university.

Mr.Ruan, who has a wealth of experience garnered from both cases’handing and field surveys in a variety of vessels, is now in charge of tasks related to survey, risk management, and vessel baluation.

Mr. Wen cheng . Graduated from Dalian Marine university and majoring in engine Mr. Wen, once be first engineer in a variety of vessels including bulk carrier, general cargo , passenger ro-ro carrier and etc. He also being as superintendent for two years. Now conducted cases related to ship & cargo surveys.
	Mr. Panglin, graduated from Dalian university of technology and majoring in construction of naval architecture engineering. Master degree. Now conducting cases related to ship & cargo surveys.
Mr. Qiu Heping, graduated from Dalian Marine university and majoring in engine. Mr. Qiu, once conducted sea going and being as second engineer for 4 years. Mater degree. Now conducting cases related to ship & cargo surveys.

XIAMEN

WU YOUCAI

Engineer, Accredited Insurance Adjustor, Accredited ISO 9000 and ISM Auditor.

Mr. Wu graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University in 1992, major in naval architecture and ocean engineering.

After working in shipyard for years, Mr. Wu was employed by CCS and acted as marine surveyor to execute ship surveys on behalf of Class, P&I club, hull underwriter, ship owners and charterers, etc. Meanwhile, Mr. Wu, qualified auditor for ISM code and ISO 9000, participated in hundreds of ISM and ISO certification auditing.

Mr. Wu can speak Mandarin Chinese, and English. Mr. Wu will be CMS Xiamen representative and field ship and cargo surveyor.

LIN JIANFENG

Marine Surveyor, Accredited Insurance Adjustor

Mr. Lin was employed with CCS from July 1996. During the period, besides executing classification surveys, he also executed and involved in handling hundreds of marine cases with different types, including collision, machine failure, oil pollution, etc., on owners, underwriters and P&I Club抯 behalf.

Mr. Liang graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University in 1994 and major in Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering. Then he served for Fujian shipping Co. for 1 year. After that, Mr. Liang was employed by CCS and acted as marine surveyor to execute ship surveys on behalf of Class, P&I club, hull underwriter, ship owners and charterers, etc.

Mr. Liang will be CMS Fuzhou representative and local field ship and cargo surveyor. He can speak mandarin Chinese and English.

Senior Engineer in ship machinery and electrics, Accredited Insurance Adjuster

Mr. Huang graduated from Dalian Maritime University in 1989, major in machinery. Then he served for Fujian Shipping Co. for 6 years, attended on board and finally be the 2nd Engineer. In 1995, Mr. Huang joined in CCS and engaged as classification surveyor. Mr. Huang had been involved in different kinds of ship machinery surveys to tankers, containers, bulk carriers, ferries, platforms, etc.

Mr. Huang will be CMS Fuzhou local ship and cargo surveyor. He can speak Mandarin Chinese and English.

Mr. Liao graduated from Wuhan University of Technology in 1984, major in ship machinery. Then he worked for Nanjin port bureau for 13 years and mainly in charge of construction and maintenance of port vessels and equipments. From 1997, he joined in CCS and engaged as classification surveyor in ship machinery.
