The 6th board meeting of China Marine Services Co., Ltd. was held at the meeting room of Thomas Miller (Hong Kong) Ltd. in Hong Kong on June 7th, 2007. Mr. Xie Jinghua and Mr. John Morris were nominated as the directors of CMS to replace the posts of Mr. Sun Yigang and Mr. Christopher Brown. Mr. Herry Lawford was invited by the board to be the non-executive director. The long-term strategy of CMS whilst she has been running on the track of fast-developing was warmly discussed by the directors during the meeting.

After the meeting, Chen Keyu and Kuang Shilin took the opportunity to visit some of clients in Hong Kong.
