The 4th Huatai Marine Hotspot Seminar was held in Haila'er on June 17-18, 2007. The seminar of this year mainly focused on the salvage issues as regards how to control the salvage cost into a fair and reasonable range. At the same time, the hot topic on the increasing compensation costs of oil pollution cases set off the delegates' particular interests and discussion.

Attendees are from P&I Clubs, Ship owners, Law firms and Consultant/Surveyors. Chen Keyu and Kuang Shilin from CMS attended the seminar.
