The 3rd CCS Youth Forum was held in Beijing on July 3, 2007. Chen Keyu from CMS was invited to give a speech regarding the Study on Occurrence, Influence and Compensation Liability of Oil Pollution from Ships. The speech was very popular among the young people of CCS. After the Forum, the specialization of CMS in oil pollution field was further well known among the young people of CCS.
