Invited by the Bureau of East China Sea Fisheries Management & Fishing Port Superintendence, Chen Keyu delivered a speech on the senior training course of marine investigation on August 28, 2007. The course is held by the Bureau of East China Sea Fisheries Management & Fishing Port Superintendence and will last about two weeks in Shanghai. About 40 staff of the bureau who come from all the sub-bureaus within East China Sea attended the course. The topic of Mr. Chen’s speech is on the Brief of Marine Accident and the Analyses on the Damage and Compensation of Mariculture and Fisheries.
