Directed by the last expert’s senate on the Project of Anti-Pollution Capability of Clean-up Company held in December 2005, the project was terminated by means of CMS, under the authorization of MSA Shenzhen, issuing the certificate to the clean-up companies in January 2006.

The project is aiming at synthetically assess the anti-pollution capability of each individual clean-up company to make the oil pollution underwriters and shipping companies understand the capability of each clean-up body in a countable and standard manner. It is the first step to set up the official contract connection between oil shipping companies / underwriters with the local clean-up providers.
