The 5th board meeting of China Marine Services Co., Ltd. was held in China World Hotel Beijing on March 16, 2006. Mr. Li Yuejin resigned from the post of General Manager and Mr. Chen Keyu succeed Mr. Li as the Managing Director. After the board meeting, Mr. Li Kejun, Mr. Li Yuejin, Mr. Sun Yigang, and Mr. Chen Keyu attended the  Farewell Party for Mr. Herry Lawford hosted by Thomas Miller in the evening of same date.
