The Training Course of Ship Pollution Investigation (for assistant officials) was held by Shenzhen MSA in July 7 and 8. Ms. Kuang Shilin was invited to give lectures on Civil Liability Convention, Bunker Convention and Chinese domestic legislations on liability and compensation for ship-source pollution damage.

It is a similar course to the previous one held by Shanghai MSA in April (which was for senior officials), and as well in general intended for uplifting quality of MSA investigations in ship pollution accidents.
