The 7th board meeting of China Marine Services Co., Ltd. was held at the meeting room of CCS Mansion in Beijing on Mar. 14th, 2009. Directors were satisfied with the company’s performance during the past two years and were very glad to accept a dividend payoff. Also, directors approved the budget and business plan 2009 and expressed their concerns on business perspectives under current global crisis. On the meeting, shareholders diversification was also discussed in details, which was deemed as an approach to upgrade CMS’s independent status. Mr. Sun Feng, the VP of CCS and the vice Chairman of CCSI, substituted Mr. Xie Jinghua who was just absent from the office to attend the meeting.
