The 8th board meeting of China Marine Services Co., Ltd. was held in Sofitel Zhongshan Golf Resort, Nanjing on Apr. 1st, 2010. Chen Keyu delivered an annual operation report and explained 2010 budget plan. Directors rendered their understanding on the company’s performance during the period of China export slow down. Besides, intensive attentions are given to the new business contemplated in line with the newly enforced Regulations on Administration of Prevention and Control of Pollution to Marine Environment by Vessels in China. The board meeting was followed by a visit to MSA Jiangsu Province.
Mr. Sun Feng, the VP of CCS and the vice Chairman of CCSI, substituted Mr. Xie Jinghua to be the member of the board. As well, Dr. Wu Chao, the legal director for Thomas Miller P&I Ltd. replaced Mr. John Morris as the member of the board.
