International Group (IG) delegation visited CMS Beijing Office on April 6^th, 2010. It was a beforehand meeting before their official meeting with China MSA within the same day. The special visit to MSA was aiming at clarification on the points arising from how to implement the new Regulations on Administration of Prevention and Control of Pollution to Marine Environment by Vessels. Chen Keyu, Amber Wang and Zhang Fang attended the meeting during which they introduced the latest implementation status of the new regulation, and the services designed by CMS on how to serve ship operators to comply with the new regulation.
