Regulation of the People’s Republic of China on the Administration of the Civil Liability Insurance for Ship Pollution Damage has come into effect on Oct .1st, 2010.

The main contents stipulated in the Regulation include ship’s compulsory insurance, the requirement for the insurers and mutual insurance organizations, and how to obtain related certificate and so on.
