Prevention and Disposal Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Marine Pollution from Ships and from Ship’s Relevant Operations is coming.

The Regulation is expected to be one part of the implementation rules for the Regulations on Administration of Prevention and Control of Pollution to the Marine Environment by Vessels effected on March 1^st, 2010.

The contents in the Regulation are mainly related to the stipulations on ship’s anti-pollution steps arising from relevant operations, such as releasing and accepting ships’ pollutants, carrying hazard and poisonous cargos, ship breaking, salvaging, building, repairing, and so on.
