Taking the chance staying London, Chen Keyu and Kuang Shilin paid a visit to the International Group of P&I Clubs which organized a special time to let clubs hear the presentation given by Kuang Shilin with regard to the latest development of China Oil Pollution regulations. Total seven P&I Clubs including UK, Britannia, Steamship, Standard, Gard, Japan, London, as well as ITOPF attended the meeting.
