Chen Keyu attended a meeting held in Beijing on Mar. 26-27^th, 2011, which was participated by 18 main OSROs covering all major ports of China from North to South. MSA Beijing, MSA Yantai Oil Spill Response Center and MOT China Academy of Transportation Sciences also attended the event. The main purpose of this meeting is to prepare a committee of pollution prevention as an industry association. It will be a sub-committee under MOT Enterprises Association. CMS is the sole legal adviser to have been invited.
