| CMS, as an acknowledged adjuster qualified by the Supreme Court, has been invited as one of the senior members by the Yangzi River Maritime Law Association, which was led by Wuhan Maritime Court. Ms. Kuang Shilin attended the annual meeting of the Association on the 21st October 2011 in Lijiang, Yunnan Province. At the meeting, subjects in respect of the river-going vessel’s limit of liability, insurance and other related legal issues were heatedly discussed, and Director of Wuhan Maritime Court and the Chief Judge of Wuhan High Court were present and delivered speeches at the meeting. |
