Organized and hosted by Wuhan Maritime Court, the Annual Forum of Yangzi River Maritime Law Association was held in Guiyang on August 6, 2012. There were around sixty delegates from shipping companies, insurance companies, universities and law firms that attended the forum. At the forum, some judges, professors and lawyers delivered the speeches regarding the revision of Civil Procedure Law of PRC, the guarantee in marine insurance contract, the legal issues of the carriage of goods by river, the legal effect of mediation agreements in marine accident, etc.  Mr. Han Ke, from CMS, attended the meeting and took part in the in-depth exchange and discussion with other attendees.
