We are pleased to inform you that 2013 tariff for SPRO contract establishment services have been finalized.

Considering the shipping industry is going through a rough patch, we drafted the new tariff for the purpose of easing the burden of shipowner and simplifying the fee calculation. The 2013 tariff consists of the following fee items:

1. Basic Management Fee: US$ 1,000 per COMPANY annually. 

2. SPRO Contract Establishment Fee: US$150 per CONTRACT.

Please refer to attached CMS Service Agreement (2013/01) and Working Procedure (2013/01) for the details of tariff. Except for the tariff section, there is no change on the wording of the Service Agreement.
