The 10th board meeting of China Marine Services Co., Ltd. was held at CCS Mansion in Beijing on March 7th, 2013. The new board of directors was set up at the meeting. After the meeting, Dr. Sun Licheng, the president of CCS, had a friendly talk with Mr. Bruce Kesterton, the CEO of Thomas Miller.
