From April 10 to 12, 2013, the TMN Annual General Meeting was held with the assistance of CMS at Broadway Mansion Hotel in Shanghai. 42 members from 26 countries attended the conference. In addition, 15 Chinese guests from different domestic insurance companies were invited to join this special TMN event.

The main content of the conference is introducing new member companies, honoring the best survey companies worldwide for 2012, and promoting the business model to Chinese insurance companies. Mr. Chen Keyu from CMS, the exclusive member of TMN survey Group in China, made a presentation at the conference, introducing “TMN Survey Group and its Business Model”. Afterwards a presentation on “Modern and Effective Claims Handling” was given by Mr Andrew Joannou, the Chairman of WK Webster from London, and “The Added Value of Ship Inspections to Risk Management” by DEKRA BV from the Netherlands.

The purpose of the conference is to build the communication bridge between the TMN survey group and the Chinese clients, providing one another the opportunity to better understand the business model, and take use of the model by choosing the survey companies of TMN to work for them in the near future.
