The 10th Maritime Seminar hosted by Huatai Insurance Agency & Consultant Service Ltd. was held in a beautiful old town Lijiang, Yunnan Province on June 28th 2013. More than fifty 

professionals from P&I clubs, law firms and survey companies attended the seminar, which is likely to be the largest so far.

 

At the beginning of the seminar, the attendees looked back the photos taken on the past nine seminars. Then five hot topics as follows were discussed during the day.

(1) The judgments of M/V“Zeus” ；

(2) Claims on shortage of ore cargo；

(3) Criminal responsibility arising from marine accident；

(4) Compensation on Crew injury and death；

(5) Releasing the cargo without original bill of lading.
