The second session of fifth of Yangzi River Maritime Law Association was held in Wuhan on Dec. 21, 2013. China Marine Services Co., Ltd was elected as the director unit. Chen Keyu on behalf of CMS, together with more than sixty delegates from shipping companies, insurance companies, port companies and law firms attended the session.
