Location : News & Events >> 【 2006 】 CMS was invited to make lectures in MSA Training Course in Shanghai December 2006   A training course on Investigation and Claims Handle in Marine Pollution Accident was held by China MSA in Shanghai from 18th Dec to 21st Dec. 58 MSA officials from 22 MSA offices around China attended the 4-days course.   Wang Meng attended East Asian Seas Congress 2006 in Haikou   On behalf of CMS, Wang Meng attended the East Asian Seas (EAS) Congress 2006, which convened from 12-16 December 2006 in Haikou City, Hannan Province, China.   A Seminar on Safe Stowage, Carriage and Packing of Dangerous Goods in Containers Was Held in Shanghai on 23rd Oct 2006   Sponsored by TT Club, UK P&I Club and CDI, the seminar on safe stowage, carriage and packing of dangerous goods in containers was held by at Howard Johnson Plaza Hotel in Shanghai on 23rd Oct, 2006.   New Staffs Joined CMS Survey team at Shanghai Office   To cope with the development of business, CMS Shanghai office recently employed two surveyors who are:   CMS Delegation had a Marketing Tour in Europe   For the purpose of introducing CMS to a broader marine market and learning how the marine service in Europe is operated, Chen Keyu, Gu Mingxiang and Kuang Shilin (just successfully graduated from the University of Southampton UK) scheduled a marketing tour.   CMS attended the National Oil Pollution Fund Research Meeting in Shanghai   The research project on national oil pollution fund began from the December of 2004 approaches to the end. On Aug. 22nd, 2006, a meeting was held in Shanghai.   CMS was appointed to handle oil spill case in Qingdao   On June 26th, 2006, a Korean passenger ferry “SE WON 1” collided with Chinese bunker vessel “Qing You 3” at Qingdao fairway in dense fog, which caused large quantity HFO spillage from the broken tank of “Qing You 3”.   Chen Keyu attended Huatai Xi'an Seminar   Chen Keyu attended the 3rd Huatai Marine Hotspot Seminar held in Xi'an on June 22, 2006.   CMS moved to the new office from June 18, 2006   The new addresses are as follow: 1. Beijing headquarters ；2.
